At Vogue Salon, there is no “I” in “team.” We like “we” better and although there is no “we” in team either, there is a “we” in “we look forward to getting to know you.”We are a team of artists dedicated to two things: our craft and our clients.We opened our doors in Newport Beach, CA in 1988. Our second location at the St. Regis Resort and Spa in Dana Point, CA opened in 2001 and recently relocated it to Laguna Beach in 2011. Our clients requested we move to Laguna; we listened. Everyone is happy.We believe that in order to properly service our clients, we need to hire the best people in the business and we need to ensure that our team is committed to a shared set of values and goals. We cannot accomplish these objectives as a rental salon. As a result, we have always been and will continue to be a COMMISSION ONLY salon.We have developed an education program that has become one of the hallmarks of Vogue Salon. With two programs, one for assistants and one for stylists, our staff of 40+ stylists stays ahead of and establishes trends. We teach over 80 classes a year. Our assistant program is intense and has an attrition rate of approximately 65%. We maintain a waiting list for assistants every year.We carry products that will enhance our work and are right for our clients. We don’t push products based on margins or fads.We look forward to getting to know you.Love your hair.
