The Camfield Building-Skylite Suites

Historic Downtown Greeley,CO building with 19 residential apartments at 627 1/2 8th Avenue, above the businesses on the ground level. History is somewhat vague, but rumor has it that it was once a brothel/hotel which catered to the officers at the State Armory across the street. These two buildings were once connected via the Greeley underground tunnel system which ran south through UNC's "old campus" to at least 20th Street and 10th Avenue. The tunnels have since been sealed off. There is now a new School of Natural Massage Therapy and Clinic occupying the majority of the ground level business spaces at 627 & 629 8th Avenue.
