Students from the nearby International and Culinary Arts School will be directly in volved in the restaurant, ac quiring real- world kitchen experience. Sa pore is taking reservations for Friday and Saturday seatings at 8 p.m. The menu is prix fixe, with four courses for $55, not including tax or tip. Be sure to call for reservations. The restaurant doesn't have its liquor license yet, so diners can bring their own beer and wine. The restaurant will also be available for private events, for groups of eight to 30 people.
