ne area where The Church is lacking is in discipling. An easy formula to remember what the function of The Church actually should be: Reach, to Teach, to Preach. If we would reach out to someone with the intent of teaching them to teach or to preach the Word of God, the cycle would continue. Many times there is someone who just starts attending church for one reason or another and they are left hanging with no guidance, no direction, no help, and no mentors.
