Gourmet Guild Williamsburg

Gourmet Guild Williamsburg is a community-oriented, curated specialty shop featuring locally and regionally-crafted fine foods and goods. In addition to Gourmet Guild's proprietary line of premium frozen confectionery products, Gourmet Guild food and food-related products, most of the groceries and sundries are sourced locally, regionally, and handcrafted. Through its market, eatery, and espresso bar located at the heart of South Williamsburg in Brooklyn, NY, Gourmet Guild's objective is to promote and educate their local community on the farm to table concept; support small, single producers; serve as an incubator to discover aspiring chefs, emerging artisans, premium producers, and inspired companies; and disrupt the traditional distribution model in the food industry. Beyond its retail storefront, Gourmet Guild intends to identify and select emerging food brands, mostly in the local area, to carry these brands under the Gourmet Guild banner; expand its operations throughout the United States; then promote, export, and distribute the brands internationally to Asia Pacific, namely mainland China, Hong Kong, and South Korea to start.
