Concatedral de San Nicolas
La iglesia concatedral de San Nicolás de Bari es una de las sedes catedralicias de la diócesis de Orihuela-Alicante. Se encuentra situada en la Plaza Abad Penalva de Alicante (España). Fue edificada sobre los restos de una mezquita, en estilo renacentista herreriano. Su construcción se realizó entre 1616 y 1662. // The Co-cathedral of Saint Nicholas of Bari is a Roman Catholic co-cathedral located in Alacant, in the Valencian Community of Spain. This church was built between 1613 and 1662. It was designed between 1610 and 1615 by Agustín Bernardino and was constructed over an ancient mosque. The cathedral has a Latin cross plan, though the transepts are quite short.
