Elephant Paths - Bergen, Norway 10.

A lady walks this path every day from her home to his working place at school up the hill. She has been walking the same path for years. I ask if she might know for how long the path has been here, but she doesn't know. She tells: "It's been here as long as I can remember. I remember walking it since I was 18 years old and now I'm... well, it's been here for very long." I myself walked this path almost every day during my stay in Bergen. It was my way to USF from home and visa versa, and it was pretty obvious route; I would have had to take a very long way if I would have used the official streets. It seems that this path is quite popular, because I saw quite many people using it. See also video! Path mapped in summer 2004.
