Beach Camp - Namibe - 20/4/2007
Drove through Lubango (Sprawled and chaotic with great perspective from the surrounding ridge). Near Lubango on the road to Namibe "The best road in Angola" is the Serra Leba Pass, the famous windy pass which drops 4000ft in a couple of miles. After this the countryside turns to desert but stays really beautiful. Arrived in Namibe early afternoon and missioned to find rolls from the bakery and buy supplies. We camped on the beach 5 miles to the south of Namibe. A nice site if a little dirty and windy. Great swim in the sea.
