Camp at the Police Station - Ndindi - 12/6/2007
We camped here after having a large argument with the police about paying a "passport stamping fee" and then playing a game of volleyball which South Africa lost 2:0 to Gabon!

This is the spot we got stuck in the mud in the middle of the jungle and had to leave the car in a puddle with water up to the middle of the doors. Needless to say, a lot of stuff got wrecked.

Spent the night camping in the grounds of the Catholic Convent after a few beers on the beach.
We were lucky to find some hospitable priests who allowed us to camp at their mission in Kionzo. They wew awesome guys who shared their dinner and gave us a village tour.
A great camp on some high ground. Good view and no mozzies. Probably the best bush camp so far.

Arrived late (N\'zeto - Tombuco = 50miles - Took 8 hours!. very potholed and muddy) so found a bush camp off the road. Lots of mozzies and bugs. Bad horse flies during the day too...
