Not Palo Alto garages, but San Francisco coffee shops are where to get your startup off the ground. Internet cafes are emerging as an important place to get things done. This network of places has been dubbed The New Office Space by web geek Jackson West. After the idea was posted at Om Malik's blog, looks like a global New Office Space network has arisen. Even a Basque blogger, Neskafe, spotted it and that, in turn, resulted in West's own amused reply.
