Now, when you edit, post or copy a location, you'll see an additional area in the editing interface: resources.. Put there your URLs.
This example above, some places with resources related to the Where 2.0 conference in California next week. A couple of Tagzania people will attend. In listings like the one shown above, one image per location is shown, but a given location can have up to ten resources listed.
The idea is that you put one URL per line there. Flickr URLs (another API that we begin to use, the Flickr API), image locations (gif, jpg, png), and URLs at large can be put as resources right now. See the documentation. More will come with time, audio, video...
So, you don't upload images to Tagzania. You upload references to interesting content that lies elsewhere; be it images or other things. We display just a thumbnail or a link, and when a user clicks, he/she goes to the referential content.
