Mr. Burns warns that it probably only works with KML that has one placemark in it. It does seem to work indeed, but be careful out there.
It works this way. You are running Google Earth on you Mac. You select a given location, and on the edit menu, you choose copy.

Then you open the script, and run it. The image shows that, in the background, a browser will open with Tagzania.

And there it is, the usual posting interface. Give a description, title and some tags, and you have it at your account.
