Meanwhile, talking of Greek marvels, Unesco is promoting a new list of the World's Seven Wonders. The ancient seven wonders of the World were architectural sites that the ancient Greek considered remarkable. Unesco thinks it's time for an update, and a list of 200 candidate sites has been narrowed to 21 by a group of experts. Those 21 include the Acropolis in Athens, featured in that snapshot above. Now it's the turn for Internet users around the globe to decide. Cast your vote on the official site of the New 7 Wonders. Voting is open until July 7, 2007. We have the whole list mapped here at Tagzania, of course.
